Our Board Meetings are open, however we meet in a very small room with limited space and there is not a lot of extra room for guests. If you have a matter you would like to add to our agenda at the next meeting, please allow us some lead time (4 or 5 days notice) so we can arrange to give you the necessary time to present your information to our Board of Directors along with enough space for us all to fit comfortably.
